Rowing Canada Journey Series
A
series of guides on rowing technique
Journey 1 - starts right at the beginning and assumes absolutely no knowledge
whatsoever. It covers the basics of safety, equipment, terminology, grip and technique.
Journey 2 - develops these
themes for rowers who have now been in a boat and adds a section on fitness.
Journey 3 - takes the participant through
to be able to compete in his/her first race.
Note: the Canadian terminology may differ from the American, but the
technique, rules, etc. are the same.
